RETURNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. After 30 days from the date your order ships, merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return of Undamaged Prints

Items being returned or exchanged must be undamaged. 

You may return your product for a full refund of the product cost (excluding shipping charges) by following these steps:
1) Please complete the Return Instructions form and enclose it and a copy of the invoice in your return package.  
2) Wrap your package securely in its original packaging, 
3) Place the self-adhesive Return Label provided from the front of your invoice on your return package, insuring you are covering all other original shipping labels.
4) Ship the item via an insured, trackable method and let us know the tracking number. You are responsible for paying the return shipping and insurance charges.
5) Retain your tracking number as you may need it to track the status of your return.

We will typically issue your refund within 48-72 hours of receiving the package.
 

Return of Damaged Goods

We partner with Federal Express to deliver purchases as safely and quickly as we can.  If your package arrives damaged please do the following:

1) Before you open the package make digital photographs of the whole package and the damaged areas.  
2) When you open the package, if you find that the enclosed merchandise is damaged, photograph the damaged areas.  
3) Send us an e-mail attaching the photographs of the damaged package and damaged merchandise immediately. We will contact Federal Express and initiate a claim.
4) Hold on to the package and the purchase invoice that is enclosed in the package for at least 45 days. Federal Express may need to inspect these items during the verification process. 
5) As soon as we receive verification from Federal Express, we will replace the damaged merchandise without charge or provide a full refund for the price of the product.
