How to Place an Order

Place the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the “Purchase Print” or "Add to Cart" button located next to the product image. When you're ready to complete your order, click on the "Cart" button on the upper right side of your screen and follow the instructions. 

You may also place your order by calling us at 781-659-2839 or writing to us at info@trilliumstudios.com.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

Note: Checks and money orders in excess of $250 are held for 7 business days before processing the order.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact us at 781-659-2839 or CWPhotos@trilliumstudios.com. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. Please visit our Returns page or contact us for alternate options.
    Sorry, we're unable to add additional items to existing orders or substitute individual components. To make these adjustments, you will need to cancel your existing order and place a new one.

Privacy & Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you enter your credit card number on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and we store your credit card number in encrypted form for a limited amount of time, and our employees do not have access to this information. We do not store PIN data or security codes.
    Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your email address with any other company for their marketing purposes without your consent. We use your personal information for internal purposes such as processing and keeping you informed of your order. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We pack your art with extra care and get it to you as fast and as safely as we can. 

PACKAGING

Our fine art prints are shipped flat. We have contracted with professional framers to package or print for shipping. Print are wrapped in a water resistant envelope and packed in multiple layers of corrugated board. The prints are shipped via FEDEX anywhere in Continental United States. Posters are rolled and shipped in mailing tubes via priority mail. 

Processing & Delivery

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery of fine art prints. We will contact you if there are any delays. 
We ship posters on the next business day. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed when you place your order on line. If you are paying by check, we will send you an e-mail to confirm shipping rates.

We send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
