Jim Fitts
Jim has taught portfolio development for several decades. Jim has helped hundreds of photographers develop portfolios for both the commercial and fine arts world. He has served as a portfolio reviewer at Photolucida, FotoFest, Boston University, the Art Institute of Boston, and the Savannah College of Art and Design. He has curated exhibitions at a number of Boston area institutions including MIT, MassArt, and the Panopticon Gallery.

He recently held the position of Executive Director of the Photographic Resource Center at Boston University. He lectures widely on industry related topics dealing with photography and marketing.

Jim has been a fine artist, photographer, and fine arts photography collector for over 30 years. He has an extensive collection of late 20th century American photographs, as well as photographs by a number of emerging 21st century photographers.

Cary Wolinsky
Cary Wolinsky is an editorial, commercial and fine art photographer. He has been a National Geographic photographer since 1972. His fine art prints have been acquired by and exhibited at museums and galleries throughout the world including Boston’s Museum of Fine Arts, the Cleveland Museum of Art, the DeCordova Museum, the Fogg Art Museum and the Tikotin Museum in Haifa.

Cary is a founder of the Boston University Center for Digital Imaging Arts. As Consulting Director of Photography, he teaches portfolio development and reviews student work monthly. He has reviewed portfolios for the Photographic Resource Center and the Griffin Museum as well as privately. Cary is the co-creator of PixBoomBa.com, an online photography tips show for beginners, the co-founder of TRIIIBE, an arts collaborative and a Director of Trillium Studios, a photography, film and design company.
